Overview

By using VidsForFans ("the site", "we", "us"), including joining the waitlist or participating in the Founders Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Waitlist

Submitting your email to the waitlist reserves your place in line for early access to the VidsForFans platform. It does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, or account creation. We will contact you at the email you provided when access becomes available.

Founders Program

The Founders Program allows supporters to pledge a contribution in exchange for permanent perks upon platform launch. By expressing interest or submitting a pledge:

• Standard tiers ($1–$1,000): You will be redirected to our BuyMeACoffee page to complete your contribution. Perks are granted at platform launch to accounts associated with your email address.
• High-touch tiers ($1,001+): We will contact you via email to discuss your support, confirm perks, and issue an invoice. No payment is collected through this site.
• Perks are tied to your email address and are non-transferable.
• Contributions are donations to support platform development. They are not equity, loans, or guarantees of any specific outcome.

No guarantees

VidsForFans is a platform in active development. We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding uptime, feature availability, or launch timelines. We will make every reasonable effort to honor Founders Program perks, but circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to attempt to abuse the waitlist or Founders Program in any way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
